1. Services Provided

VEYLON IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides a comprehensive range of digital solutions tailored to your business needs, including but not limited to:

• IT Consulting and Software Architecture

2. Service Delivery Model

Our digital solutions are delivered through a structured, transparent, milestone-based model to ensure quality and alignment with your goals:

• Project Scope: All services will be clearly defined in a formal project proposal, quotation, or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties before work commences.
• Milestone Delivery: Projects are broken down into measurable phases (e.g., UI/UX design, development, beta testing, and deployment).
• Client Approval: Progression to the next milestone often requires client review and approval of the preceding phase. Delays in client feedback may result in corresponding adjustments to the overall delivery timeline.
• Final Handover: Upon project completion and receipt of full final payment, all agreed-upon deliverables, source codes, and documentation will be handed over to the client.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

We operate on a transparent, invoice-basis payment model. This means you only pay against official invoices generated for agreed milestones.

• Invoice Generation: Payments for services are strictly based on invoices generated by VEYLON IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the project proposal (e.g., advance payment, milestone completions, final delivery).
• Direct Website Payments: For your convenience, clients can securely pay their invoices directly through our website using our designated payment portal. We support major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking via secure third-party gateways.
• Due Dates: All invoices are due upon receipt unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30 terms) in your specific contract.
• Late Payments: Failure to clear invoices within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of ongoing services or a delay in the handover of final project deliverables until the outstanding balance is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VEYLON IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED retains the rights to all underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries used during development.

However, all custom code, unique designs, and final project deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon the clearing of all final invoices associated with the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

VEYLON IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our digital solutions, server uptimes, third-party software failures, or your use of our website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service module in question.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, or the services provided by Veylon IT Services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
